1) The Service

Salonfy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses (“Tenants”) to manage their operations and interact with their own customers (“End Users”).

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3) Multi-Tenant Responsibility

Each Tenant is responsible for how they use the Service and for how they collect, process, and communicate with their own End Users.

• Tenants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
• Tenants are responsible for obtaining required consents from End Users.
• We act as a technical service provider for Tenant data.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities
• Sending spam or unlawful marketing communications
• Attempting to bypass security or access unauthorized data
• Uploading malicious code or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Violating the rights of others

5) Payments & Subscriptions (Stripe)

Some features require payment. Payments are processed via Stripe.

• Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

6) Data & Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate the Service.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Your use poses a security or legal risk

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Nova AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Nova AI from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
